4. Bookings & Confirmation

When placing a booking, the customer selects the date, time and number of participants.
Prices are based on partner rates and availability.

Payment is required at checkout via approved methods (credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

The automatic email confirmation does not constitute final availability.
Each request is verified by our concierge team with the relevant partner.
If the experience is unavailable, we will propose alternatives or issue a full refund.


5. Cancellations & Modifications

8. Product Availability

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers within the European Union may withdraw from the purchase of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
