Our Refund Policy reflects our values of transparency, fairness and care.

This policy covers:

  • experiences and concierge services, and
  • Gold Black Style products, including gourmet specialties, artisanal creations and curated objects of Italian craftsmanship.

Different refund rules apply depending on the nature of the purchase.

PART A — EXPERIENCES & CONCIERGE SERVICES

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued whenever:

  • the selected experience is unavailable after partner verification
  • an activity must be cancelled due to weather, safety or operational reasons
  • the customer cancels prior to service delivery (unless non-recoverable costs were disclosed)
  • a partner is unable to provide the service as planned

Refunds are issued through the original payment method.


3. Non-Recoverable Costs

Certain services may involve expenses that our partners cannot reimburse (such as exclusive venue reservations, advance logistics, or special arrangements).

If such costs apply, they are always communicated before final confirmation.

If no such costs were disclosed, a full refund applies.


4. Refund Processing Times

Refunds for services are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Additional time may be required by banks or payment processors.

5. Withdrawal Rights (EU Customers)

Customers located within the European Union may withdraw from the purchase of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for withdrawal unless defective:

  • food products and perishables
  • items opened or unsealed by the customer
  • personalised or made-to-order items
  • products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons

6. Conditions for Returning Eligible Products

To receive a refund, returned products must be:

  • unused
  • in their original packaging
  • complete with all labels, accessories and documentation
  • returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request

Products that show signs of use or handling may not qualify for a refund.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, return shipping costs are:

  • the responsibility of the customer, and
  • non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked service for returns.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours, providing:

  • photos of the damage
  • order number
  • packaging details

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • a full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • food and gourmet products
  • items opened, unsealed or partially used
  • customised or personalised goods
  • products made on request
  • items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons

10. Refund Processing for Products

Once returned items have been inspected and approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • 2–5 business days for internal review
  • additional time depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider
